Nine buses link daily Gavrio to Hora through Batsi.

For other destinations someone should use a personal way of transport.

Some cars and motorbikes can be easily hired in every town of Andros and taxis are one of the easiest options. Little boats leave from Batsi to some of the island’s nicest beaches.

Within the island of Andros, transportation is synonymous with Andros Bus Service, a branch of KTEL, with routes linking the constituent settlements of the island of Andros. There are also provisions for renting a car or a motorbike at the settlements of Gavrio, Chora and Batsi for a more independent journey.
