Most popular beaches of Anafi are found on the southern side of the island, as they are more easy to be reached either on foot or by boat. The common feature of all beaches is their transquility, as the island hasn't developed much tourism yet.

Description: Kleisidi is a large, sandy beach with crystal water, It is surrounded by huge rocks and can be reached on foot from Chora or by boat from the port of Anafi.

Description: The long and sandy coast of Agios Nikolaos is the nearest beach to the port of Anafi. Some rooms to rent and a couple of taverns can be found along its side.

Description: Agioi Anargyri is small sandy beach that has taken its name from a lovely chapel built close to it. It can reached by boat and an ancient site is located in a walking distance from this beach.

Description: Agios Ioannis beach took its name from a small chapel that has been built closeby. It is a narrow cove with rocky seabed and crystal water.

Description: Agios Spiridon is close to the port of Anafi island. It is actually a large sandy cove with clean water, reachable on foot from the port.

Description: Flamourou is a small cove surrounded by huge and barren mountainside. The beach doesn't receive much tourists, so it is perfect for some calm moments.

Description: Kameni Lagkada is a small pebbled beach to the west of Chora and the port of Anafi. It can be reached by boat or through a trach road.

Description: Katsouni is a small rocky beach close to the port of Chora. It doesn't receive many visitors, so it is perfect for some privacy and calmness.

Description: Megas Potamos is the largest sandy beach on Anafi. Its crystal water and soft shore attract lots of visitors every summer. It is found among other nice beaches.
Location: 6 km north west of Chora
Description: Prasa is a small pebbled beach that doesn't get as frequented as the beaches on the southern side of Anafi. It is reached through a track road or by boat.
