The restaurant Amvrosia is one of the finest restaurants to dine in. Amvrosia in Greek means "the food for the Gods". The restaurant offers a large dinning-room with exceptional decoration. The walls are covered with famous paintings from the well-known painter Michael Constant. The restaurant has a big terrace offering fantastic view to Aegialis bay and the villages of the area.
The menu includes Mediterranean and Greek food. The food is reasonably priced. The restaurant's philosophy is to cook with local products like olive oil, vegetables, meat and cheese and use the traditional recipes of Amorgos.
