Lagada Village Amorgos: Lagada, or Langada as it is also called, is located at a distance of 20 kilometers from Chora. The fascinating Lagada village and its surrounding settlements grew up in the plains of Aegiali along the hillside.

It has a combination of hilly areas and areas having proximity to the sea, which makes this place a natural choice among tourists. The architecture of Lagada corresponds with the traditional Cycladic architecture.
 
The places of interest in and around the village of Lagada are the canyon of Araklos, the churches of Agia Triada and Panagia Epanochoriani, the windmills, and the old settlement of Stroumbos.

There is also the Byzantine monastery of Agios Ioannis Theologos near the Krikelo Mountain and the church of Stavros. The village of Lagada has a network of narrow lanes, connecting every corner of the village with the main arterial road.
