Aegialis Amorgos: Aegialis village in the island of Amorgos, Greece, Cyclades

According to archeological excavations, Aegialis had already been inhabited since the ancient times. The port of Aegialis is occupied with numerous fish boats, whereas some of the best taverns and cafeterias are found there. Aegialis is surrounded by picturesque small villages, such as Tholaria, Lagada and Potamos built amphitheatrically on the slopes of Mount Kirkellos at an altitude of 823 meters, overlooking the bay.
