Amorgos: Aegialis Amorgos

Amorgos Villages: Aegialis village in Amorgos Aegialis Village Amorgos: It is the second port of Amorgos, and is much smaller than Katapola. The settlement of Aegialis consists of three lovely traditional villages: Lagada, Tholaria and Potamos, which remain untouched by Aegali's tourism. Those little jewels are situated at 45 minutes walk from Aegialis by a lovely footpath.

On the hill opposite Tholaria lays the remains of the ancient Vilia's acropolis. Aegialis is the touristiest area of Amorgos and offers numerous rooms and camping opportunities as well as restaurants, shops, cafes and bars.
