It is roughly 8 kilometres away from the settlement of Aegialis. Agios Pavlos beach is a beautiful ‘sand and shingle’ beach with a placid and sparkling sea. It is a perfect fishing spot, too. Agios Pavlos beach can be reached by car as it is close to the road. There are amenities for the tourists in and around the beach including a nice restaurant serving local cuisine.

From Agios Pavlos there is a provision for local excursions by boat to the nearby island of Nicouria. These boats are scheduled every hour and the excursion to Nicouria is a treat in itself as one can enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighbouring island and its three magnificent beaches.
