Plakias is a nice place to relax. If you really want to relax on Crete, go to the southern side. Villages are nicer there and more peaceful. On the northern side (Malia, Hersonissos, Elounda), resorts are busier due to the clubs. Plakias, though, is small and cozy with picturesque beaches... More >
