Rethymno is a lovely town that comes alive at night. Very friendly people and great nightlife. Karma is the best club in the town and we went to a lot, believe me! We also loved the beaches, although some should need cleaning. The villages around Rethymno are not as picturesque as in other Greek areas but the people were nicer and treated us traditional sweets and drinks, like kaltsounia and raki. A great place to go, much fun and good quality of tourism.
