Rethymno Beaches: Agios Pavlos Beach in Rethymno

Crete Agios Pavlos Rethymno: The beach of Agios Pavlos (Saint Paul) is 58 kilometres south of Rethymno, about 50 kilometres from the coastal village of Agia Galini.

Due to the difficulty to reach it, the beach is very calm with only a few swimmers. It has fine grey sandy sands and pristine waters. Between the rocks, some isolated inlets have been formed and add to the incredible beauty and peacefulness of the place.

This beach is not organised. A village of the same name is located nearby Agios Pavlos Beach and has some rooms for rent and excellent taverns serving traditional Cretan food to offer.
