The Stone Castle Arkadi was built more than 150 years ago, and the first restoration was in 1879. In 1999 the stone house was restored again and since this time until 2006 it was used as residence of Chara Liandri & her family.

The property is divided into 2 buildings: The main house and the guest house. Both are connected through a small bridge. There is a total of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. There are spectacular views from the verandas to the Mediterranean. The property is located in the village Atsipopoulo, a few minutes from Rethymno. The centre of the village is in walking distance. Furniture & equipment is of high quality. The house can also be rented in the winter time due to central heating.
It should be pointed out that this property is especially suitable for renting to two close families because of the subdivision into main house and the guest house.
