Galero is a charming and vibrant cafe located in the centre of the Old Town of Rethymno, close to Rimondi Fountain. Galero has outdoor tables at the square and an indoor area tastefully decorated with paintings and wooden furniture. In the upper floor, there are the Internet facilities. You can use the computers to connect to the Internet or if you have a laptop, you can use the wireless network.
Galero offers a large choice of drinks and light snacks. You can actually walk into the Galero for a full breakfast and simple snacks, like omelets, sandwiches or hamburgers. They also make handmade pizzas. The desserts menu has ice creams in a variety of flavors, waffles and crepes. The drinks menu offers a wide choice, including wines, beers, long drinks, cocktails and a fine selection of Cretan liqueurs.
