Welcome to Villa Maria - a holiday haven five miles from Aghios Nikolaos, on the North East coast of Crete. Eight charming apartments offer an ideal environment for relaxing or using as a base for making excursions all over Crete. Villa Maria has 7 apartments and in the lush garden there is a private swimming pool with complimentary sun beds. There also is a small bar with terrace where breakfast is served in the morning and some small snacks during the day. Once a week there is a barbeque where you taste some of the Cretan grilled specialities.
Accommodation
• Apartment1
There are 4 three room apartments (type A), suitable for 5 people maximum. The apartments have a spacious living room (with the possibility to sleep a fifth person), a kitchen with an eating area, a refrigerator, an electric stove and various necessities. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large wardrobe, the other with two single beds and a small wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Apartment type A1 (1) is on the the ground floor and has got a spacious terrace, a nice apartment for people with small children. Apartment type A2 (1) i s on the the ground floor and has got a spacious terrace, a nice apartment for people with small children. This apartment has got air conditioning / heating. Apartment type A3 (2) , these 2 apartments are located on the first floor. They have air conditioning/heating and they have a balcony with a tremendous view.
• Apartment1
There are two type B apartments, both have air conditioning / heating and are suitable max. 4 persons. The apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a bathroom and kitchen with a refrigerator, an electric stove and various necessities. In the living room there is a fixed third bed, with the possibility to make a fourth. The balcony is spacious and has got a tremendous view of the sea and the mountains.
• Apartment1
The smallest apartment type C is suitable for a maximum of 2 people and a baby if required. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a shower and toilet. The living room and kitchen are combined in one room. The kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, a stove and various necessities. It has got a small terrace with view on our swimming pool.
