Note:
Baby cot (babies up to 23 months old): free of charge.
Single Occupancy in Guestroom only: Reduction of 20% on children 2-12 years rates.
3rd Person sharing any type of Guestroom or Suite: Supplement of 35% on above rates.
Above rates include breakfast (American Buffet Breakfast with Champagne), service charge and all taxes (except gratuities).
Meal Plans: Half Board Adult 55 ¤, Half Board Children (2-12) 35 ¤.
All rates are nightly for double occupancy on a bed and breakfast basis.
Rates for Deluxe Family (max. 4 persons) and private Villas are unit rates.
Rates are expressed in Euros (¤)
Rollways and cribs are available and must be requested prior to arrival.
Check- In Time is 14.00 hrs and Check-out time 12.00 hrs.
Late Check-out is available upon availability at a charge.
Published Rates are subject to revision without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions:
A deposit of 30% of your stay will be necessary to secure your reservation.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival you will receive full reimbursement of the deposit.
For cancellations up to 8 days prior to arrival the deposit of 30% of your stay will not be refunded.
For cancellations in less than 8 days prior to arrival or in case of “No Show”, 50% of your stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
During the period of July 20 to August 31, you will be charged with 75% of the total booked stay for cancellations in less than 8 days or “No Show”.
