The above rates are reported only in accommodation per studio or aptm, per night and include all the taxes (cleaning service 4 times and changes of towels and beddings 2 times the week).
Air conditioning regulated in apartments or Studios is individually provided with moreover debit 5€, 6€ and 8€ the day in every from the above equivalents periods. Safe is provided in each apartment or Studio with moreover debit 10€ weekly.
Terms and Conditions
In case of cancellation of the reservation 14 days before the arrival the deposit is not refunded.
4 days or less before the arrival ,or in case of non show, 100% of the entire stay is charged.
