Heraklion Crete: Gouves Crete

Crete Gouves Heraklion: This wonderful sandy beach is lying 20 kilometres east of Heraklion, on the northern coast of the prefecture. It has been awarded by the EU Blue Flag for its clean golden sand, its crystalline waters and the facilities it offers.

Recreation centres, sport centres, shops, car rentals, taverns, restaurants and accommodations of all categories are available in the modern touristy resort of Kato Gouves, located behind the beach.
