Each one of them is 40m2.
The rest 6 of them are "studios", one large room with 2 beds suitable for couples or 2-3 ps. Each one of them is 35m2. All the apartments have air-condition, central heating, TV (satellite), electric kitchenette with a refrigerator and cooking facilities, telephone with direct outside line, private bathroom with baths and balconies with seaview or garden view.
