Kantari is a lovely restaurant set in a green environment creating a perfect dining experience. The tables are set under the cool shade of orange trees surrounded by flower pots in a riot of colors and nuzzling dense hedges. This is a perfect spot for a coffee, a lunch or dinner. They also offer bottled wine and some fine traditional Cretan wine. Kantari is a well-known tavern in the region. Kantari is located at the heart of Platanias village, about 200 meters from the village square and right opposite the post office.
