General Description
Day 1:
You will start your trip from Athens, traveling towards Mycenae, making a short photo stop at the Corinth Canal first. Upon reaching the historical site, you will have a chance to witness the revered Lion’s Gate, the tomb of King Agamemnon, and the stunning Cyclopean Walls of Mycenae!
Your next stop will be Nafplion Town, the former capital of modern Greece, hosting the Palamidi Fortress, the Bourtzi Fortress, and other interesting attractions as well as a picturesque old town! Enjoy an afternoon free for exploration and let the magnificent views of Nafplion sink in!
Overnight stay.
Day 2:
After breakfast, you will be able to freely stroll toward your places of interest. In the afternoon, you will be guided through the world-famous Ancient Theater of Epidaurus, a stunning paradigm of acoustics, which still hosts theatrical plays during the summer months! Finally, once this exploration has reached its end, you will return to Athens.
