Terms & Conditions - Greeka.com

Please read the booking conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis on which bookings are accepted.

1. Secured Payments

Payments are made online on a secure server (secured with a SSL key provided by Godaddy.com). All payments are made directly on our Eurobank account. Card numbers are NOT saved on our servers.
Payments are made on a unique url per customer.

50%: prepayment in order to confirm
50%: 35 days prior to the arrival
Credit cards accepted: Visa & Master card.
Greeka & partners do not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments.

2. Responsibility

Customers acknowledge by their acceptance, that Greeka & partners, its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for tours, package or transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours and packages.
Further more, Greeka & partners, its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.

3. Reception of confirmation / voucher

All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking so that you receive the confirmation or voucher of the product booked. We cannot hold responsibility for any problem that may happen if the customer doesn't receive or read carefully his confirmation.

4. Modifications/Amendments

All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to the Greeka Customer Service Department who will implement the request.

5. Refunds

a. Prior to Departure
Please refer to the cancellation fees listed at section 6 below.

b. After Departure
No refunds are available once a tour has started or regarding any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

6. Cancellation Charges

Canceling a booking with Greeka & partners may result to cancellation fees being applied. Greeka & partners may charge cancellation fees as stated below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier/operator above and beyond the fees outlined below. When canceling the booking, you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

a. Cancellation fees:
-Before 60 days of the departure: only the special cancellation fees are applicable
-Within 60 to 35 days of departure, 30% of the total package price.
-Within 35 to 15 days of departure, 50% of the total package price.
-Within 15 to 0 days of departure, 100% of the total package price.
b. Special Cancellation Fees:
Boat tickets and plane tickets have different cancellation fees regarding the company and the season.

7. Passports/Visas

It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates and find out if any visas are required. As visa and health requirements are subject to change from time to time, it is recommended that verification before traveling is made for visas, health requirements or other official paper.

8. Prices

Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. Paying a booking on Greeka & Partners means you will be charged in Euro (€). If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of Greeka & Partners will contact you.

9. Not Included

Any applicable foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger facility charges and international transportation tax, tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers, and local guides, passports, visa, baggage and personal insurance, beverages and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product (these items are billed to you before leaving the hotel/restaurant), and any other personal expenses.

10. Accuracy

We check and recheck facts about the travel product offered to ensure accuracy. When we are told in advance of a significant change to a booking, we notify the consumer/travel agent/distributor.

11. Accommodation

Those hotels listed will be used on most tours and packages. If a change is made for any reason, every effort will be made to ensure hotels used will be the equivalent of those shown. Please note that it is standard policy that hotel rooms are not available for check-in before 2.00 pm on the date of arrival.

12. Travel Voucher(s)

Greeka & Partners vouchers for each booking will be provided. Vouchers will indicate all the information concerning the booking as well as the information concerning the Tour Operator.

13. Booking Arrangements

In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.
